As previously mentioned, Dr. Kat grew up hearing all about different dental techniques and cases. So, her interest in the field of dentistry was sparked at a young age. As early as she can remember, she did crafts, made art, and was hands-on with projects. Today, she combines her passion for esthetics and healthcare to help those in her treatment chair truly smile. Tapping into her enjoyment of art and appreciation for rendering a practical good is extremely rewarding for her!

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Kat attended Brown University, which is where she majored in the History of Art and Architecture. Next, she attended the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Throughout the years, she has continued to prioritize continuing education. As a result, she has her Invisalign certification and has completed advanced course work on veneers, digital dentistry, BOTOX®, and more. If that wasn’t impressive enough, she’s also an active member of several professional organizations, including:

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Away from the office, Dr. Kat enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their two large cats. She also has several interests outside of dentistry, such as practicing embroidery, drawing, taking HIIT gym classes, jogging, and making clothes. With a great love for Boston’s long cultural and political history, she enjoys checking out museums in her free time too!
